Duke of the Pond - Room 1 - New Forest

Happy with everything. Positive: All good. Negative: Nothing.

We chose this accommodation as it was convenient for an event we were taking part in at Beaulieu. Luke provided very clear check in instructions. The room was spotless and contained everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy and there was a little table in the room for us to eat our dinner. The only problem we encountered was totally out of our host’s control in that there was a total power outage in the area early Sunday morning which meant the fan in our room stopped working in a heatwave which made sleeping a bit difficult.

Second time we have stayed at Ashdene. Will certainly be back. Room and facilities spotless. Still as clean and comfortable as last year. Well done Luke and Staff.

Had a great stay recently. Perfect location to stay when we visit our daughter and family. Stayed many many times at more expensive hotels in Southampton and much as they are nice, it can become expensive. Ashdene is spot on! Our room was lovely and clean as was our other daughters. Everything in the room you need. Shops very close as well as a pub for food. Will 100% be staying again and highly recommend. Excellent value and host couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Our elderly father stayed here for 3 nights when work was being carried out on his house. Great little room with all the facilities you’d need for a short stay. Luke could not have been more helpful and welcoming - an absolute star! Wish all hosts could be as good
