Positive: The room is small but quaint, nice and clean, perfect as a base when exploring the area. Five minute walk to dibden enclosure, new forest, seen lots of ponies. We then drove 15 mins to Lepe beach. We had great weather. We then went to Beaulieu village, which is stunning, with cattle roaming free. Negative: Kitchen is tiny, but ok for a few nights when mostly out any way.

A good, clean, basic self service room with it's own external door. Reasonable price. Expect no frills.

Miss

We had room 4- The squirrel room, lovely decor, panelling and pictures on the wall. Comfortable beds, all linen good quality and the whole room was very clean couldn’t fault it. There is just enough room for a family of 4 but it’s perfect for 3 people. The kitchen was great and perfect for us sorting out breakfast for the children in the morning. We would stay again and it’s very good value for money.
