Very good, everything was of a high standard. The location was perfect for us, right on the edge of the forest.

A great 2 night stay Positive: We liked everything about the accommodation, from the off. It was difficult to judge if it was a good choice when I booked, but when we arrived. we found a very clean. modern, well appointed. well maintained room. My wife was particularly impressed. Ok, so it's basically a self catering option tye of accommodation, and like everything, you generally get what you pay for. However, it was excellent in terms of facilities and value for money. The bed was comfortable, the little kitchenette was great. the bathroom (though very small) was modern , clean and more than adequate. i loved the keyless entry, the roof lantern for extra light and the CH system was easy to operate. Table and chairs for meals, great and even a patio set outside. I could go on, but it was simply great for what we wanted, a 2 night stay (though it would have done for a week easily). Ample parking available at the rear and we met the host Luke, who was very helpful with local info. There are two cafes, a chippy and Tesco Extra/petrol station nearby. They were handy and we can recommend the fish at the chippy. The accommodation was easy to find and well situated for Beaulieu and the surrounds. Southampton wasn't far nor Salibury. We had a great stay and would certainly use again.....and recommend to others. Negative: Nothing.

Overall quite good if they fix the clicking noise in Room 3 Positive: Lovely clean, simple room, good price, good location Negative: Electric shower was poor, bad pressure, intermittent heat. There was an annoying clicking noise from the kitchenette area which kept me up through the night. Tried switching off all appliances but nothing worked.

Positive: Excellent location and at a reasonable price. Great to have safe parking at the rear of the premises with a nice garden. Nice clean room with good WiFi connection. We liked having the hob to cook breakfast, heat soup etc and having two chairs and a table. We would definitely stay again. Negative: The sink in the bathroom is massive, it takes up half the bathroom, it made things very awkward. The pressure for the shower was too low. On the day of leaving you have till 1000hrs to vacate the premises but the cleaners were trying the door at 0900hrs until they saw my wife standing there.
