The room was perfect for what we needed , and clean . I would stay again

Lovely stay, small space but adequate and well thought out Positive: Small but lovely room to stay, everything is well thought out, comfy bed, crisp linen, tiny kitchenette but has the crockery and the cutlery and cooking facilities (we did not use) and good coffee and tea supplies. It has its private entrance from outside, a bonus. The room looks out to the sidewalk of the property, but privacy film partway on windows makes private. I really liked little details like little flower on the window sill and the plant by the entrance. There were earplugs provided, presumably for road noise, we didn't have particular issue with the noise but it was good to know the host has thought of it. Also the parking was better than expected. I worried whether there will be a parking space, as non reserved, but did not need to be worried. Overall, would happily book again. Negative: While the guest is expected to wash up, I looked but could not find washing up liquid (a sponge was there). Also there wasn't a body wash, just hand soap, thankfully I had brought my own. These are minor points. Shower room was on a small side.

Positive: Easy to find, great location, spotlessly clean, well laid out stocked studio, bed was super comfortable, close amenities, plenty of off street parking, CCTV throughout the property, had to reach out to property answered immediately great customer service. Very relaxing place to stay at the end of very busy work days, grateful. Thank you. Would definitely rebook & recommend.
