When can I come back Positive: Clean, functional Negative: I had trouble with the entry door, but that was operator error, once I read the instructions properly, it was fine

Good value for the money and a very helpful staff (not present but available by phone). Positive: Location and cleanliness. Negative: It was small.

Brilliant value, perfect location! Positive: Completely self contained room with everything I needed (private bathroom, fridge, kitchen utensils, microwave). The owner was incredibly helpful for helping plan days out and offered to transfer my things across to the new room when I booked an additional night. The location is brilliant! I was a little worried it was a little far out of the action, but it was a 3 minute walk straight to a walk in the New Forest with the ponies. A 10ish minute drive to Lepe beach (a beautiful place to watch the sunrise), Hatchetts Pond (the sunset) and Beaulieu. It was a bargain! Negative: Occasional noise from the road in Room 2, but room 10 was perfect.
